Políticas de ventas y envíos

Una vez realizada la orden, el tiempo de procesamiento de la misma, será de aproximádamente de 2 a 5 dias laborables. (Procesar la orden es el tiempo que toma desde que se recibe el pago, se empaca, se prepara el paquete y se entrega al correo).
Seasonal Soaps utiliza USPS Ground Advantage y/o Priority rate, para los envíos.
Una vez entregada la orden en el correo, se le proveerá un número de rastreo.
No nos hacemos responsables de daños causados durante el envío o por atrasos en el correo. 
No nos hacemos responsables por paquetes perdidos una vez entregados en el correo, ni devueltos por dirección que se haya provisto incorrectamente.
Toda venta es final. No hacemos devolución de dinero o créditos por la mercancía.

 

Sales and shipping policies

Once the order is placed, the processing time will be approximately 2 to 5 business days. (Processing the order includes the time it takes from receiving the payment, packing, preparing the package, and handing it over to the postal service).

Seasonal Soaps uses USPS Ground Advantage and/or Priority Rate for shipping.

Once the order is handed over to the postal service, a tracking number will be provided.

We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or for postal delays.

We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the postal service, nor for packages returned due to an incorrectly provided address.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or store credits for merchandise.
